Vasudevan (Vasu) is a Legal & Indirect Taxation expert. He brings with him over 25 years of professional expertise helping companies address all Legal & Secretarial functions. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 1980, Vasu has been a practising Lawyer since then. Vasu is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1982. His areas of expertise include Consultancy in Corporate Laws, appearance before the Company Law Board and other fora, consultancy on Company Secretarial matters, preparation & conducting board & general meetings, drafting notices and minutes of meetings. Vasu also assists in public issue registry and general matters related with public issues. He provides legal opinion in respect of general laws, scrutinises documents relating to properties, conducts legal & secretarial audits, helps issue notices and provides guidance to clients in regard to compliance with various legislative provisions.
