We work on the entire gamut of Debt Syndications Advisory. There are many modes of Debt Financing available including Conventional Term Lending and Working Capital Financing, External Commercial Borrowings, Loan against Property, External Commercial Borrowings etc. We identify the suitable product considering various factors such as company’s strength and its cash flow, nature of business, cyclical nature of cash flow if any, past performance of the company’s debts, capital structure and its adequacy etc.

PRIVATE EQUITY

SMBE is best positioned to offer Private Equity advisory services to clients. Over the years, our network of experienced bankers have helped numerous companies raise Private Equity capital from the investor best suited to the company. The team has proven ability to work with first generation as well as established entrepreneurs across different stages of a company’s evolution and across diverse sectors such as infrastructure, technology, media, telecom, financial services, engineering and manufacturing, and business and consumer services among other sectors.

Our differentiator lies in advising the clients on a few qualitative and quantitative parameters such as the proper time to raise capital, quantum of capital to be raised, the valuation to be expected, the funds of interest, the likely value addition by the prospective partners etc.

VENTURE CAPITAL

We do not have bandwidth for Seed Funding or Angel Funding. Even in case of first mile funding, Venture Capital funds generally require one of the entrepreneurs for all the meetings. We work with the company in preparing the pitch document, projections, value justification and deal negotiation.

We have a close relationship the company in the entire transaction life cycle – understanding the business, preparation of deal documents, enterprise valuation and setting up value expectation, deal scouting, keeping the company in due diligence readiness, negotiation, discussions on term sheet conditions, due diligence, final documentation, receipt of consideration and ultimate transfer. In all these, our accent is in providing minimalistic, yet workable solutions.

Suresh Jeganathan – Seasoned Professional with 20+ years of experience Over 12 years of work experience in USA. Suresh worked in Whirlpool for 17 years in various leadership positions. Extensive experience in managing and implementing large Projects. Last role as Global Director of Whirlpool – Heading a Global Development Center.

Post his Whirpool tenure, he completed masters in psychology and is certified master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Suresh has a twin role of driving “Enterprise Stress Management” and taking care of the entire operation including project management.
