If any one of these are prevalent in the company, you should seriously consider restructuring. One time restructuring of loans is available for standard accounts and in some cases recent NPAs can also be restructured. Simply put, essence of restructuring is comfortably matching the interest and principal repayment with the free cash flow from operations. At the same time, make sure that your investment and working capital needs are met without manipulating data. Sounds daunting for a stressed company. But, this can be done with the help of one time restructuring window given by RBI.
